why is my balance negative?>
Your balance may be reduced or show as negative if a completed offer, task, or survey is reversed or marked as invalid by the provider. EarnFlash does not control these reversals, but we display them to reflect the actual status of your earnings. You can always check your transaction history in your profile.

💸Approved – Your withdrawal has been approved and is currently being processed; it will reach you soon.
🛑On hold – We detected unusual activity, so the withdrawal is temporarily held for verification or chargeback checks. (usually takes 30-60 days)
❌Rejected – Your withdrawal was denied due to violations of terms or chargebacks from offers you completed.
↩️Returned – We couldn’t process your withdrawal due to incorrect payment details or other issues; the Flashes have been returned to your account.
How do i get Verified? >
Before cashing out, you need to verify your email address. Go to your profile, click on the gear icon, then select Verification. Click Send Verification Code to receive a code on your registered email, then enter that code to verify your account.
How do I delete my account? >
You can request account deletion by contacting our support team. Deletion is permanent and non-reversible.
